Skillet Steak and Potatoes

Ingredients: 
  • round steak, cut into Strips and Seasoned
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 large potato sliced

Preheat skillet until hot, brown steak and onions; steak should be almost done. Remove steak and onions from skillet. Add potatoes then cover with steak and onions. Cook, covered at low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are done.
