Carrot Casserole

Ingredients: 
  • 6 carrots
  • 2 T. onions, grated
  • 2 T. horseradish
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • paprika

Clean, peel, and cut carrots into thin strips. Cook until tender in salted water. Place in a 6x10 inch baking dish. Mix together remaining ingredients; pour over carrots. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dash of paprika. Back at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
