Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage
Ingredients:
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced thick
- 1 large onion, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 small head of cabbage, cut into wedges
- 1 corned beef brisket (3 lb)
- few dashes of seasoning salt
- 1 cup beef or vegetable broth
Put all ingredients, except cabbage in slow cooker in the order listed. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours. Add cabbage to the liquid and push them down to moisten. Turn to high and cook an additional 2-3 hours.
