Crock Pot Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients: 
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 10 oz. pkg frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 and 1/2 cups steamed rice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 cups reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 green bell peppers, tops removed and seeded

Combine all of the ingredients, exept 1/4 cup of cheese and the peppers. Stuff peppers with the mixture. Arrange peppers in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Sprikle with remaining cheese during last 30 minutes of cooking.
