Hamburger Quiche
Ingredients:
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. cheese
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- pie shell
Brown meat and onion. In a pie shell, add meat and onion mixture and egg. Add cheese and evaporated milk. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 40 minutes. Makes two 9-inch quiches.
