Hamburger Quiche

Ingredients: 
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. cheese
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • pie shell

Brown meat and onion. In a pie shell, add meat and onion mixture and egg. Add cheese and evaporated milk. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 40 minutes. Makes two 9-inch quiches.

Notes for this Recipe

This recipe is an easy way to feed a lot of people if you're having guests over or need to take a dish to pot luck.  If you just have a small family to feed, eat one and freeze the other. It's always great to have a frozen, prepared meal handy on busy days or when you find yourself low on groceries.
