Ingredients:
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 10 oz. pkg frozen corn
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 and 1/2 cups steamed rice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 cups reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 green bell peppers, tops removed and seeded
Combine all of the ingredients, exept 1/4 cup of cheese and the peppers. Stuff peppers with the mixture. Arrange peppers in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.

Ingredients:
- 3 large tomatoes
- oregano
- parmesan cheese
Cut tomatoes in half and place in shallow baking dish with cut side up. Sprinkle each tomato with oregano. Cover each tomato generously with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz. vermicelli noodles, broken
- 2 tsp. sesame seed oil
- 1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, fine chopped
- 2 c. fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 c. fresh match stick carrots
- 1 chile pepper, seeded and chopped fine
- 1 green onion
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 and 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and cover to keep warm. Put sesame seed oil in wok or large skillet. Heat over high heat until hot. Add shrimp. Cook while stirring for about 4 minutes.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unprocessed wheat bran
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup prune juice
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons light olive oil or hazelnut oil
1 large egg
1/2 cup golden flaxseed
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
1. Place wheat bran in large bowl and add boiling water. Stir to combine and set aside.

Ingredients:
- 1 large butternut squash
- extra virgin oilive oil
- seasoning salt
Slice the butternut squash into thin slice, be sure to remove and discard the seeds. Spread the slices out in a rectangle baking dish. Drizzle with extra virgin oilive oil.
