Ingredients:
- lean ground meat
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 yellow squash chopped
- 1 large potato peeled & chopped
- 1 zucchini chopped
- 3-5 carrots chopped
- 3 celery stalks chopped
- 1 large onion
- extra virgin olive oil
- white rice (Steamed)
- seasoning salt
- garlic powder
In a large pot add about 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Heat the pot for just a couple minutes before adding the ground beef. Cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula.
